As Vice President of Preconstruction & Design, Dan’s role is focused on guiding our clients through complex projects and crafting solutions that are tailored to their needs. With over a decade of tenure at Jewett Construction, he leads a dynamic team of staff who are responsible for all preconstruction activities across Jewett’s portfolio. This includes architectural design, estimating, competitive bidding, project entitlements, contract negotiations, and general business development efforts. Dan's comprehensive understanding of architectural design and construction management equips him with the expertise required to deliver Jewett’s best-in-class services. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dan enjoys spending time in the Seacoast, NH area with his family of five.
