This 9,600 SF project was completed in 3.5 months to accommodate NH Motor Speedway’s Summer racing program. The construction included a ground-up building and interior fit-up of a new multi-use building to house ambulances for track use, a vehicle wash bay for track vehicles, seasonal quarters for the owner and Speedway staff, and a Legends parts showroom and retail store.
