613 Main Street, a first-class 435,442 square-foot warehouse and distribution facility situated on 39.5-acres of land in Wilmington, MA. Located 15 miles North of Boston and 0.5 miles from the Wilmington MBTA Commuter Rail Station, the site provides convenient access to Boston’s growing population as well as the intersections of Route 38, Interstate 93 and Route 128.
We constructed a brand new 30 bay 28,000 SF loading dock area which increases the efficiency of the space and allows for more tenant flexibility. The warehouse space features 24’ clear height ceilings, 54 total loading docks, and ample outside storage/parking area. This warehouse facility also includes 23,000+ SF of offices and 250,000+ SF of Warehouse.
The building can accommodate a wide range of users such as warehousing, manufacturing, and R&D, among others.
