This fast-tracked, 12,000 sf design-build project was completed in under ten weeks and involved both interior and exterior renovations. Interior upgrades included the renovation of 6000 sf of shared showroom and office space, and featured new tile flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting fixtures and finishes. Exterior upgrades included new ACM, updated entry element, enclosed service drive, and glass and aluminum curtain wall. The work was performed in phases, which allowed the showroom to remain open during construction.
