Jewett Construction Co. completed this brand new 34,690 SF Honda facility for Gengras Motor Cars Upper Valley Honda. The new facility is located on 4.75 acres of land in White River Junction, Vermont, and was a design/build project with our partners at PRAXIS3. The new facility features 23 service bays and innovative green building initiatives, including a 138-kilowatt DC, Net-Metered Photovoltaic (PV) System delivering approximately 169,700 kWhs of electricity in the first full year of operation.
