This 33,000 sf Toyota dealership in Salem, NH, was the first half of a dual dealership project built for Rockingham Motors. A renovation of a former Ultimate Electronics store into a state-of-the-art dealership was constructed simultaneously and on the same lot with the recently completed 26,000 sf Rockingham Honda.
The new dealership features a 13,000 sf showroom and 20,000 sf service garage that includes 19 service bays and 12 lifts, as well as 3 detailing bays. The facility incorporates Toyota’s latest image upgrades including imported ceramic tile, customer lounge with adjacent kid’s entertainment room, service write-up area, parts department and break room.
Exterior features include ACM siding panels, EIFS stucco, the large white Toyota entry portal and new Scion signage.
