This signature Jewett design-build project was supported by DeStefano Architects of Portsmouth, NH, and includes interior and exterior renovations to the facility, a 1,200 sq ft Showroom addition, and a 19,700 sq ft building addition which serves as the new automotive service department and administrative space.
The dealership was updated to meet current energy use codes and has been fitted with modern solatube skylights and daylight harvesting to reduce cost and limit energy use.
