Jewett Construction Co. completed this brand new 10,160 SF Service Expansion facility for Irwin Automotive Group at their Irwin Toyota location in Laconia, NH that nearly doubles the size of their service department It was a design/build project with our partners Stewart Associates Architects, Fisher Engineering, Dubois & King Inc., and Summit Geoengineering Services. The new facility features (16) service bays along with an energy-efficient building shell design consisting of 3” Insulated Metal Panel siding and 8” Omniblock Insulated Block stem walls, all integrated into their existing operations/facilities.
