The 4,500 SF high-end renovation for Bentley Boston auto dealership owned by Herb Chambers Companies located adjacent to its Maserati, Rolls Royce, and Lamborghini brands at in Wayland, Massachusetts was designed by Regent Associates, Inc. to comply with Bentley corporate’s latest image upgrade requirements.
The renovation involved a number of showroom enhancements, including the relocation of office spaces to accommodate new hospitality, service advisor, and Bentley personalization areas.
Work included demolition; new ceilings, floors, and interior walls; radial partition framing; custom oak pocket doors; a combination of top-of-the line ceramic tile and carpet flooring; recessed and suspended high-performance LED lighting; luxury furnishings; and new exterior signage.
