The 30,370 sf design-build dealership required complete demolition of the interior and renovation of the existing dealership space in Haverhill, MA. Part of a two dealership project with AutoFair Subaru, also of Haverhill, the project required careful coordination and phasing.
The Subaru building was completed first, allowing the Ford employees to move into the Subaru building and operate the Ford dealership out of a temporary location during renovations to the Ford store. The project included a new service drive and parts storage addition, image upgrade to the facade and storefront.
