The first week in March marks Women in Construction (WIC) Week, a weeklong celebration of women in the construction industry. WIC Week is supported by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) to raise awareness about all of the possibilities available to women in the industry. The week is also set aside to highlight women's growing role in construction.
