Jewett Construction to build a new expansion for Promocentric

(Newmarket, NH) Continuing a long history of building industrial warehousing and manufacturing space in New England, Jewett Construction of Fremont, NH has been contracted by our friends at Promocentric to build their new expansion. The new additions are both 35’ high, one being 11,000 sf and the other 12,610 sf. The additions are being built in effort to provide adequate space for the business while also providing leased space to industrial and manufacturing tenants. Promocentric will be fully equipped with customer parking areas, warehousing, and office spaces.
