The manual construction tools and processes of yesterday are very different from the highly-technical applications and devices that are found on our job sites today. There are some common misconceptions surrounding the construction industry and it’s true that often people who do not understand the industry tend to judge construction professionals harshly. However, you can’t just walk onto a construction site and pick up some tools, contrary to popular belief. Many of these professionals have university degrees, did apprenticeships, went to trade schools, have multiple certifications and hours upon hours of training under their belts.  These folks are some of the most highly skilled and sophisticated people in the country.
