Description

New England's Premier Design-Build Construction Management Firm is seeking experienced Project Superintendent candidates to help manage commercial construction projects.

Requirements

Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience as a full-charge Superintendent leading renovations and ground-up construction. Design-build experience in all phases of commercial construction is a plus. Candidate must be proficient with computers (including Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.). Projects and offices are located in New England but a willingness to travel is a plus. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a proactive problem solver. A strong work ethic with respect for clients, staff, and subcontractors is required as well. Must oversee all aspects of the jobsite construction, including overseeing all subcontractors and interfacing with clients.

Compensation

Pay highly competitive and is commensurate with experience. We also provide a desirable benefits package including a bonus plan, 401K, travel pay, vacation, health benefits, and holiday pay.
